Qualifications and Requirements:
- Experience working in a team lead or management position in a fast‑paced retail environment.
- Strong role model with a passion for delivering great service and ensuring every customer’s needs are met.

- A clear communicator, using a variety of methods to keep the team well informed.
- A natural leader who motivates and inspires the team to deliver outstanding results.
- Must be 18 or older.
Remuneration and Hours:
- Pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25.
- Some locations may offer additional payments.
- Minimum of 16 hours per week guaranteed, though roles from 12 hours are also available.
- Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks’ notice of your shifts.
