Responsibilities:
- Delivering customer orders and ensuring a high-quality service experience.
- Maintain a clean and organised van and trays.
- Keep the loading area tidy and free of rubbish.
- Wash trays as part of the tray wash process.
- Load the van and verify roadworthiness of the vehicle.
- Communicate with customers regarding changes to their orders, including substitutions, and offer refunds for any issues.
- Handle deliveries carefully, treating products as one’s own.
- Explain substitution pricing to customers.
- Deliver within the customer’s allocated time slot.
- Call customers before arrival if arriving early.
- Notify the store/centre if running 30 minutes or more late.
Team Interaction:
- Build relationships with colleagues to foster team spirit and support store operations.
- Warmly welcome customers and colleagues.
- Respond swiftly to changing customer needs.
- Maintain an energetic and driven attitude to exceed expectations.
