The predicted salary is between 27600 - 30200 € per year.

Availability Window: Sun: 10:00–18:00, Thu: 12:00–20:00.

Pay and Hours: Pay starts at £13.28 an hour and increases to £14.55 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location. The minimum guaranteed hours per week are 16, but you may also work as few as 12 hours if desired.

Responsibilities:

  • Help to serve our shoppers better every day.
  • Meet great people, learn new things and be part of a specialist, diverse team where everyone is welcome.
  • Work across the store in our service, picking and replenishment areas where required.
  • Put into practice the training received to work safely, effectively and serve customers brilliantly.
  • Make decisions that are right for customers, delivering routines in store that meet their needs at the right time.
  • Take part in seasonal, community and charity events, creating an inclusive atmosphere.
  • Be knowledgeable about the store's performance, understanding your role and how to drive service and sales while reducing waste and shrinkage to deliver profit.
  • Handle products with care to maintain quality and ensure they reach customers in the best condition.
  • Live our values, make everyone feel welcome and always follow our policies.
  • At times, accept deliveries into the store.
