We are looking for a colleague to work in a Tesco store.
Availability Window: Sunday 17:00 β 24:00, Thursday 17:00 β 24:00, Friday 17:00 β 24:00, Saturday 18:00 β 24:00. We provide 3 weeks' notice of your shifts.
Pay & Hours: Starting rate of Β£13.28 an hour, increases to Β£14.55 for stores within the M25. You will receive a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week, with flexibility to work from 12 to 16 hours.
Responsibilities:
- Help to serve our shoppers better every day.
- Meet great people, learn new things and be part of a specialist, diverse team where everyone is welcome.
- Know your customers and serve them with passion and pride; giving great natural service.
- Be passionate and knowledgeable about the products and services within the store.
- Work across the store in our service, picking and replenishment areas where required.
- Put into practice the training received to work safely, effectively and serve customers brilliantly.
- Make decisions that are right for customers, delivering routines in store that meet their needs at the right time.
- Take part in seasonal, community and charity events, creating a great inclusive atmosphere.
- Be knowledgeable about the store's performance and understand the part you play in driving service and sales, reducing waste and shrink, and delivering profit.
- Handle products with care to maintain quality and ensure they reach customers in the best condition.
- Be yourself, live our values, make everyone feel welcome and always follow our policies.
- At times, you may be required to accept deliveries into the store.
