Pay & Hours:
Night Shift Lead pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25. You will receive an additional night premium of £2.35 for all hours worked between midnight and 6 am. A minimum of 16 hours per week is guaranteed, though roles from 12 hours are also available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the team to deliver a great experience for customers in-store.
- Work across all areas of the store and act as the go‑to person for day‑to‑day operational queries.
- Build positive, inclusive relationships that help colleagues perform at their best.
- Confidently lead the store in the Manager’s absence.
- Make balanced, flexible decisions and adapt well to change.

- Experience working in a team‑lead or management position in a fast‑paced retail environment.
