The predicted salary is between 25000 - 30000 £ per year.

Availability Window: Sun 06:30 - 15:00, Tue 14:30 - 23:00, Fri 10:00 - 19:00. Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks’ notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what we’re looking for, we still encourage you to apply. Minimum age requirement: 18 years or older.

Role Summary

You will lead the store team to deliver a great customer experience, work across all areas of the store and with all colleagues, and act as the go-to person for day-to-day operational queries. You will build positive, inclusive relationships that help colleagues perform at their best, confidently take over when the Manager is absent, make balanced and flexible decisions, adapt well to change, coach colleagues with feedback and role-model great service, and stay curious to improve service for customers, communities, and the planet.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the team to deliver a great experience for customers in-store.
  • Work across all store areas and with colleagues, acting as the go-to person for operational queries.
  • Build positive, inclusive relationships that help colleagues perform at their best.
  • Confidently lead the store in the Manager’s absence.
  • Make balanced, flexible decisions and adapt well to change.
  • Coach colleagues, give feedback and model excellent service.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a team-lead or management role in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Strong role model with a passion for delivering great service and meeting every customer’s needs.
  • Ability to build long-lasting, inclusive, supportive relationships within a team.
  • Clear communicator, using a variety of methods to keep the team well informed.
  • Natural leader who motivates and inspires the team to achieve outstanding results.
  • Minimum age 18 years or older.
