Availability Window: Sun 10:00–17:00, Mon 05:00–12:00, Tue 05:00–12:00, Fri 17:00–24:00, Sat 16:00–24:00.
Compensation & Hours: Pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25. Minimum of 16 hours per week guaranteed (positions from 12 hours available).
Eligibility: Must be 18 or over.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the team to deliver a great customer experience in‑store.
- Work across all areas and with all colleagues, serving as the go‑to person for day‑to‑day operational queries.
- Build positive, inclusive relationships that help colleagues perform at their best.
- Confidently lead the store in the Manager’s absence.
- Make balanced, flexible decisions and adapt well to change.
- Coach colleagues, give feedback, and role‑model great service.

- Experience in a team lead or management position in a fast‑paced retail environment.
