Availability

  • Days and times:
    • Tuesday: 05:30 – 14:30
    • Wednesday: 05:30 – 14:30
    • Thursday: 05:30 – 14:30
    • Friday: 14:00 – 23:00
    • Saturday: 14:00 – 23:00

Pay & Hours

  • Starting at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25.
  • Some locations may offer additional payments.
  • We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.
  • Contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows, with at least 3 weeks’ notice of shifts.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the team to deliver a great customer experience in-store.
  • Manage all store areas and act as the go‑to person for day‑to‑day operational queries.
  • Build positive, inclusive relationships that help colleagues perform at their best.
  • Confidently lead the store in the manager’s absence.
  • Make balanced, flexible decisions and adapt well to change.
  • Coach colleagues, provide feedback and model great service.
  • Stay curious and seek opportunities to serve customers, communities and the planet better every day.

Qualifications

  • Be 18 years old or over.
  • Experience in a team‑lead or management role in a fast‑paced retail environment.
  • Be a strong role model with a passion for delivering great service and ensuring every customer’s needs are met.
  • Build positive, long‑lasting relationships to create an inclusive, supportive team environment.
  • Communicate clearly, using a variety of methods to keep the team well informed.
  • Be a natural leader who motivates and inspires the team to deliver outstanding results.
