Pay
Start at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments.
Contract Hours
Minimum 16 hours per week, with roles from 12 hours available. Hours scheduled within availability windows with at least 3 weeks' notice.
Eligibility
Must be 18 or over.
Responsibilities
- Lead the team to deliver a great experience for customers in-store.
- Work across all areas of the store and with all colleagues, serving as the go-to person for day‑to‑day operational queries.
- Build positive, inclusive relationships that help colleagues perform at their best.
- Confidently lead the store in the Manager's absence.
- Make balanced, flexible decisions and adapt well to change.
- Coach colleagues, give feedback and role‑model great service.
- Stay curious and seek opportunities to serve customers, communities and the planet better each day.
Qualifications
- Experience in a team‑lead or management position in a fast‑paced retail environment.
- Strong role model, passion for delivering great service and ensuring every customer’s needs are met.
- Ability to build positive, long‑lasting relationships to create an inclusive, supportive team environment.
- Clear communicator, using a variety of methods to keep the team well informed.
- Natural leader who motivates and inspires the team to deliver outstanding results.
