Tesco Shift Lead pay starts at €15.59 per hour, rising to €16.86 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available. Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks notice of your shifts. Please note that you need to be 18 or over to apply for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the team to deliver a great experience for customers in-store.
- Work across all areas of the store and with all colleagues, being the go‑to person for day‑to‑day operational queries.
- Build positive, inclusive relationships that help colleagues perform at their best.
- Confidently lead the store in the Manager’s absence.
- Make balanced, flexible decisions and adapt well to change.
