Our Tesco colleague rate of pay starts from £13.28 an hour; this increases to £14.55 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may apply depending on location. Each new colleague is offered a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week, but those wishing to work fewer hours (to a minimum of 12) may also apply. You will receive three weeks’ notice of your scheduled shifts. We support flexibility; if your availability roughly matches our advertised windows, you can still apply.
