Position Details
Start time: 04:30am.
Minimum hours: 12‑16 hours per week (minimum guarantee 16 hours).
Pay: £13.28 per hour, rising to £14.55 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments.
Availability scheduling: shifts will be scheduled within your availability windows, with at least 3 weeks' notice.

Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, natural service and get to know customers.
- Be confident with our products and services and offer help when needed.
- Provide flexible support across the store, including shelf replenishment, checkout service, online order picking, occasional delivery assistance, and general service and replenishment duties.
- Make customer-focused decisions and complete key store routines.
- Understand how the role supports great service, strong sales, waste reduction, and overall store performance.
- Show a passion for delivering great service, greeting customers with a smile and serving with pride.
- Build rapport so customers leave with a great experience.
- Use initiative and make the right decisions for customers.
