The predicted salary is between 13 - 14 € per hour.

Availability Window: Wed 12:00-18:00; Thu 12:00-18:00; Fri 14:00-19:00; Sat 18:00-24:00.

Pay and Hours: Starting rate: £13.28 an hour, increasing to £14.55 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may apply depending on location. Minimum guaranteed hours: 16 per week (12 minimum if requested).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Knowing your customers and serving them with passion and pride; giving great natural service.
  • Passionate and knowledgeable about the products and services within the store.
  • Working across the store in our service, picking and replenishment areas where required.
  • Putting into practice the training received to work safely, effectively and serve customers brilliantly.
  • Making decisions that are right for customers, delivering routines in store that meet their needs at the right time.
  • Taking part in seasonal, community and charity events, creating a great inclusive atmosphere.
  • Being knowledgeable about the store's performance and understanding the part played in driving service and sales, reducing waste and shrink, and delivering profit.
  • Handling products with care to maintain quality and ensure they reach customers in the best condition.
  • Being oneself, living the values, making everyone feel welcome and always following policies.
  • At times, accepting deliveries into the store.

Eligibility and Age Requirements:

PLEASE NOTE YOU MUST BE OVER 18 TO APPLY FOR THIS ROLE. We will only recruit individuals who have passed the school leaver's age. Candidates over the age of 18 can only be accepted if the role requires working before 6:15 am or after 9:45 pm or involves working in areas such as the warehouse, beers, wines and spirits, counters, bakery and driving roles.
