We are looking for a colleague to work in a Tesco store.
Availability Window: Sunday 17:00 – 24:00, Thursday 17:00 – 24:00, Friday 17:00 – 24:00, Saturday 18:00 – 24:00. We provide 3 weeks' notice of your shifts.
Responsibilities:
- Providing great natural service.
- Being passionate and knowledgeable about the products and services within the store.
- Working across the store in our service, picking and replenishment areas where required.
- Putting into practice the training received to work safely, effectively, and serve customers brilliantly.
- Making decisions that are right for customers and delivering routines in store that meet their needs.
- Participating in seasonal, community, and charity events to create an inclusive atmosphere.
- Being knowledgeable about store performance and understanding the part played in driving service and sales.
- Handling products with care to maintain quality and ensure they reach customers in the best condition.
- Living our values, making everyone feel welcome, and following our policies.
- Accepting deliveries into the store when required.
