Pay & Work Hours
Our Tesco colleague rate of pay starts from £13.28 per hour; this increases to £14.55 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location. We offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week, with a minimum of 12 hours if you prefer. Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows and you will receive three weeks' notice of your shifts. We support flexibility if your availability matches closely.

- Knowing your customers and serving them with passion and pride; giving great natural service.

- Working across the store in our service, picking and replenishment areas where required.
