Responsibilities:
- Help to serve shoppers better every day.
- Meet great people, learn new things and be part of a specialist, diverse team where everyone is welcome.
- Provide stability or flexibility to suit lifestyle and help you progress your career.
- Know customers and serve them with passion and pride; give great natural service.
- Be passionate and knowledgeable about the products and services within the store.
- Work across the store in service, picking and replenishment areas as required.
- Apply training to work safely, effectively and serve customers brilliantly.
- Make decisions that are right for customers, delivering routines in store that meet their needs at the right time.
- Take part in seasonal, community and charity events, creating a great inclusive atmosphere.
- Understand your store's performance, what you play and what we need to do together to drive service and sales, reduce waste and shrink and deliver profit.
