Pay and Hours: £13.28 per hour (starting rate). Stores within the M25 pay £14.55 per hour. A night premium of £2.35 per hour applies for hours worked between midnight and 6 am. Additional payments may apply depending on location. The role offers a minimum guarantee of 16 hours per week. If you prefer fewer hours (minimum 12), we will consider your application. Shifts will be scheduled within the advertised availability windows. You will receive three-week notice of your exact shifts.
