Pay: Starting at £13.28 per hour; £14.55 per hour for stores within the M25. Additional night premium of £2.35 per hour for hours worked between midnight and 6 am. Additional payments may apply depending on location.
Hours: Minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week, with the flexibility for candidates who prefer to work a minimum of 12 hours per week.
Responsibilities:
- Help to serve shoppers better every day.
- Meet great people, learn new things and be part of a specialist, diverse team where everyone is welcome.
- Work across the store in service, picking and replenishment areas as required.
- Put into practice the training received, ensuring safe, effective work and excellent customer service.
- Make decisions that are right for customers, delivering routines that meet their needs at the right time.
- Take part in seasonal, community and charity events, creating an inclusive atmosphere.
- Know the store’s performance, understand your role in driving service, sales, reducing waste and shrink, and delivering profit.
- Handle products with care to maintain quality and ensure they reach customers in best condition.

- Accept deliveries into the store when required.
