Pay and Hours
Base hourly rate: £13.28 (£14.55 within the M25). A night premium of £2.35 per hour is paid for hours worked between midnight and 6am. The role offers a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week, with the option to work as few as 12 hours.
Responsibilities
- Serve shoppers and provide excellent customer service.
- Meet and greet customers, building rapport and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.
- Work across the store in service, picking, and replenishment areas as required.
- Apply training to work safely, effectively and provide outstanding customer service.
- Make decisions that favour customers and deliver routines that meet their needs at the right time.
- Take part in seasonal, community and charity events, creating a great inclusive atmosphere.
- Understand store performance, contribute to service and sales improvement, and help reduce waste and shrinkage.
- Handle products with care to maintain quality and ensure customer satisfaction.

- Accept deliveries into the store when required.
