Our Tesco Colleague rate of pay starts from $13.28 an hour; this increases to $14.55 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location. We offer new colleagues a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week, with a minimum of 12 hours for those preferring fewer hours. The table shows the periods of time in the week we’d like you to be available to work – the availability windows. We will schedule your contracted hours within these times, and you’ll have three weeks’ notice of your shifts. We support flexibility; if the times you are available closely match our advertised windows, we’d still love to hear from you.
