Availability Window: Sun 08:00 - 17:00 | Fri 14:00 - 20:00 | Sat 08:00 - 17:00
Pay: Colleague rate starts at £13.28 an hour, increasing to £14.55 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may apply depending on location.
Commitment Hours: Minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week (minimum 12 hours available). Availability windows are used to schedule contracted hours. You will have three weeks’ notice of your shifts. We support flexibility when your availability closely matches the advertised times.
Responsibilities:
- Know your customers and serve them with passion and pride; give great natural service.
- Be knowledgeable about the products and services within the store.
- Work across the store in our service, picking and replenishment areas where required.
- Put into practice the training received, ensuring safe, effective operation and brilliant customer service.
- Make decisions that are right for customers, delivering routines that meet their needs at the right time.
- Take part in seasonal, community and charity events, creating a great inclusive atmosphere.
- Be knowledgeable about store performance, understand your part and what is needed to drive service, sales, reduce waste and deliver profit.
- Handle products with care to maintain quality and ensure they reach customers in the best condition.
- Live our values, making everyone feel welcome and always follow policies.
- Accept deliveries into the store as required.
