Availability Window
Sun 05:00 – 11:45, Mon 05:00 – 11:00, Fri 05:00 – 11:00, Sat 05:00 – 11:00.
Pay
£13.28 an hour, increasing to £14.55 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may apply depending on location.
Hours
We offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week. You may choose to work a minimum of 12 hours per week if preferred.
Responsibilities
- Serve shoppers and help them find what they need.
- Work across the store, including service, picking and replenishment areas.
- Apply training to work safely and effectively.
- Make customer‑centred decisions and deliver routines that meet customers' needs.
- Take part in seasonal, community and charity events to create an inclusive atmosphere.
- Drive store performance, reduce waste and shrink and help deliver profit.
- Handle products with care and ensure they reach customers in best condition.
- Accept deliveries into the store when required.

Requirements
Must be over 18 years old.
For shifts before 6:15 am, after 9:45 pm, or in areas such as warehouse, galley, counters, bakery or driving roles, only candidates aged 18+ are eligible.
