We’re looking for enthusiastic store associates who will provide excellent customer service and support our store operations.
Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly, natural service and get to know your customers.
- Be confident with our products and services and offer help when needed.
- Provide flexible support across the store, including shelf replenishment, checkout service, online order picking, occasional delivery assistance, and general replenishment duties.
- Make customer-focused decisions and complete key store routines.
- Understand how your role supports great service, strong sales, waste reduction, and overall store performance.
- Use your initiative and make the right decisions for customers.
- Work well in a team and communicate openly, having fun, and celebrating success.
Hours & Pay:
Minimum 16 hours per week, but roles from 12 hours are available. Pay starts at £13.28 per hour, rising to £14.55 within the M25.
