The predicted salary is between 30700 - 40800 £ per year.

Availability Window: Mon 10:00 – 19:00; Wed 06:00 – 15:00; Thu 06:00 – 15:00; Fri 10:00 – 19:00; Sat 13:00 – 22:00.

Pay and Hours: Shift Leader rate of pay starts from £14.76 an hour; this increases to £15.97 for stores inside the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location. We offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week. You may work fewer hours – down to a minimum of 12 – and we would still welcome your application.

Shift Availability: The table shows the periods of time in the week we’d like you to be available to work – the availability windows. We will schedule your contracted hours within these times, and you’ll have three weeks’ notice of when your shifts will be. We support flexibility.

About the Role: Customers are at the heart of everything we do. This role is for proactive do‑ers, offering variety and daily challenges.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Over 18 years of age.
  • Minimum of 12 guaranteed hours per week, ideally 16.
  • Experience in a fast‑paced retail environment preferred.
  • Strong communication, leadership and customer service skills.
  • Flexible to work within the stated availability windows.
  • Must have passed the school leavers age for your country.
