We have a brand-new opportunity for an Assistant Manager to join our caf team.

As an Assistant Manager in our caf, youll blend your hospitality experience and communication skills to support customers and colleagues.

Working alongside the Caf Manager, youll learn the ins and outs of our operations.

Together, youll help us to meet our business and financial goals, and when the Caf Manager is away, your know-how will keep everything running smoothly.

Whether youre supporting your manager, coaching colleagues, or making sure our customers leave with a smile, this role is all about making every day a little better.

Whilst specific responsibilities will be dependent upon the changing needs of Tesco as a business, the following provides an overview of the roles key responsibilities and measures:

  • Helping everything run smoothly by keeping a close eye on processes and sales standards.
  • Stepping up to oversee the full caf in the Caf Managers absence.
