Tesco Phone Shop Colleague role with a focus on delivering friendly, natural service and helping customers with mobile products and services.

Availability

Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly, natural service and get to know your customers.
  • Provide flexible support across the Phone Shop and wider store, including helping customers choose the right mobile products and services, completing phone and contract setups, and supporting customers with a range of tech queries.
  • Make customer-focused decisions and complete key store routines.
  • Understand how your role supports great service, strong sales, waste reduction and overall store performance.
  • Deliver great service with a positive, team-focused approach, greeting every customer with a smile and serving them with pride while helping them find the right mobile products and solutions.
  • Build rapport quickly so customers leave feeling confident, supported, and having had a great experience in the Phone Shop.
  • Take initiative to make the right decisions for customers, whether solving a tech query, recommending a product, or supporting with a contract setup.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the store, communicate openly, have fun, and celebrate success together.
  • Role and Hours
  • Contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks’ notice of shifts.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Pay starts at £13.70 per hour, rising to £14.97 in stores within the M25.
  • Some locations may offer additional payments.
  • Minimum of 12 hours per week guaranteed.
