Availability and Working Hours
Availability Window: Thursday 22:00‑07:00, Friday 22:00‑07:00, Saturday 22:00‑04:00.
We offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week. If you would like to work fewer hours, you can work a minimum of 12 hours per week.
Pay and Benefits
The Tesco Colleague rate of pay starts from £13.28 an hour, increasing to £14.55 for stores within the M25.
A night premium of £2.35 per hour is paid for hours worked between midnight and 6 am.
Additional payments may also apply depending on location.

- Be knowledgeable about the store’s performance, understand your part in driving service, sales, reducing waste and delivering profit.
- Handle products with care to maintain quality and ensure they reach customers in the best condition.

- Accept deliveries into the store when required.
