The predicted salary is between 29500 - 30500 € per year.

Availability Days from time to time: Mon 17:00-23:00, Tue 17:00-23:00, Thu 17:00-23:00, Sat 17:00-23:00. We will schedule your contracted hours within these times and provide you with at least 3 weeks' notice of your shifts. Flexibility is provided.

Pay & Working Hours

Base rate of £14.18 per hour, increasing to £15.45 for stores inside the M25. Additional payments may apply. Minimum guaranteed hours 16 per week (12 hours minimum if desired).

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the van and trays are clean and organised.
  • Keep the back yard tidy and clear of rubbish; pick up litter.
  • Wash trays as part of the tray wash process.
  • Load the van as required and check the van for roadworthiness.
  • Communicate with customers about changes to their orders, offering refunds for dissatisfaction.
  • Take care of products/deliveries with care.
  • Explain no additional charge for substitutions.
  • Deliver within the customer's time slot.
  • Call the customer before arriving if early.
  • Call the store/centre if running 30 minutes or more late.

  • Build relationships with colleagues to create team spirit.
  • Warm and welcoming in interactions, saying thank you.
  • Respond quickly to changing customer needs and embrace change.
  • Energetic and driven to deliver beyond expectations.

Key Qualifications

  • A valid UK/EU/EEA driving licence (Full or Automatic only) for at least 12 months with no more than 3 penalty points.
  • Over 18 years old (min age 18 required for early morning or late evening roles, or roles involving warehouses, counter, etc.).
