Availability Window: Tue 16:00-21:45, Wed 10:00-19:00, Fri 08:00-17:00, Sat 10:00-19:00.
Pay: Our Tesco colleague rate of pay starts from £13.28 an hour; this increases to £14.55 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.
Working Hours: We offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week, with the flexibility to work fewer hours down to a minimum of 12.
Responsibilities:
- Help to serve shoppers better every day.

- Be passionate and knowledgeable about the products and services within the store.
- Work across the store in service, picking and replenishment areas where required.
- Put into practice the training received, working safely, effectively and serving customers brilliantly.
- Make decisions that are right for customers, delivering routines that meet customers’ needs at the right time.
- Take part in seasonal, community and charity events, creating a great inclusive atmosphere.
- Be knowledgeable about the store's performance, understanding the part you play to drive service and sales, reduce waste and shrink and deliver profit.
- Handle products with care to maintain quality and ensure they reach customers in the best condition.
- Live our values, make everyone feel welcome and follow policies.
- Accept deliveries into the store as required.

Additional Information: Customers are at the heart of everything we do. It takes lots of different people to run a store and this is a job for doers, with plenty of variety. It's a committed role, full of everyday challenges, but that’s one of the things that makes it so exciting.
