As a trainee you will be trained on how to:
- De bone, break down and trim the meat cuts.
- Learn about the different meat cuts and specifications.
- Work in a safe clean working environment in line with current legislation.
After training is completed, you will have the opportunity to progress through the pay grades in line with your skill level.
