Looking for a career in Wholesale Store Management? We are currently looking for self‑starters who have a sound operational understanding of managing a store, are comfortable making decisions whilst maintaining a compliant and safe operation.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Area Manager, your role will be responsible for leading a team to ensure that your branch is trading efficiently, safely, within legal constraints and offers the highest customer service standards. You will be dedicated to keeping customers happy, take pride in your work, have a proven record of managing a team to success, have an enthusiastic attitude and a driving ambition to be the best at whatever you do. From day one you can expect to be trusted with real responsibility, working within a team of people that will give you the support to give our customers what they need, when they need it.

Qualifications

To be successful in this position you will need retail or wholesale experience, not necessarily from a food background. You will be familiar with operational procedures, be able to demonstrate success and not be afraid to get stuck in.
