Our Tesco Colleague rate of pay starts from €13.28 an hour; this increases to €14.55 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location. We offer new colleagues a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week, but you can work fewer hours (minimum 12). Flexibility is welcome. We will schedule your contracted hours within these availability windows and provide a 3-week notice of shifts. If your availability matches closely but not exactly, we are open to it.
