Tesco Belfast is seeking a committed Shift Leader to help run a fast-paced store, deliver outstanding customer service, and coach colleagues through busy shifts.
You will take ownership of duty shifts, ensure a clean, well-stocked store, and support managers to improve store performance while maintaining safety and inclusivity for all colleagues.
We offer minimum 16 guaranteed hours per week with the option of 12+ hours, and opportunities to progress within a diverse team at Tesco.
