Availability Window: Monday 15:30–00:30, Wednesday 17:30–00:30.

Pay & Hours

Shift Lead pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. Minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the team to deliver a great experience for customers in‑store.
  • Work across all areas of the store and act as the go‑to person for day‑to‑day operational queries.
  • Build positive, inclusive relationships that help colleagues perform at their best.
  • Confidently lead the store in the manager’s absence.
  • Make balanced, flexible decisions and adapt well to change.
  • Coach colleagues, give feedback, and role‑model great service.

  • Experience in a team‑lead or management position in a fast‑paced retail environment.
