The predicted salary is between 13 - 14 £ per hour.

Availability Window: Mon 17:00‑22:00, Thu 17:00‑22:00, Fri 15:00‑22:00, Sat 15:00‑22:00

Pay & Hours: Hourly rate starting at £13.28, up to £14.55 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may apply depending on location. Minimum guaranteed 16 hours per week; flexible to a minimum of 12 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve shoppers and provide excellent customer service.
  • Take initiative and make decisions that benefit customers.
  • Work across the store in service, picking and replenishment areas.
  • Apply training to work safely, effectively and to high standards.
  • Handle products with care to maintain quality and presentation.
  • Participate in seasonal, community and charity events to create an inclusive atmosphere.
  • Understand store performance and support service and sales goals.
  • Accept deliveries into the store when required.
  • Be punctual, well presented and act as a brand ambassador.
