Availability Window: Sun 06:30 - 15:00, Tue 14:30 - 23:00, Fri 10:00 - 19:00. Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks’ notice of your shifts. Minimum age requirement: 18 years or older.
Role Summary
You will lead the store team to deliver a great customer experience, work across all areas of the store and with all colleagues, and act as the go-to person for day-to-day operational queries. You will build positive, inclusive relationships that help colleagues perform at their best, confidently take over when the Manager is absent, make balanced and flexible decisions, adapt well to change, coach colleagues with feedback and role-model great service, and stay curious to improve service for customers, communities, and the planet.
