Availability Window: Sun 08:00-20:00; Mon 06:00-23:00; Tue 06:00-23:00; Wed 06:00-23:00; Thu 06:00-23:00; Fri 06:00-23:00; Sat 06:00-23:00.

Role Overview: Customers are at the centre of everything we do. Working in our stores means variety, teamwork, and plenty of daily challenges. Pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25. Minimum 16 hours per week are guaranteed, though roles from 12 hours are also available. Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks’ notice of your shifts. Please note that you need to be 18 or over to apply for this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading the team to deliver a great experience for customers in-store.
  • Working across all areas of the store and with all colleagues, being the go‑to person for day‑to‑day operational queries.
  • Building positive, inclusive relationships that help colleagues perform at their best.
  • Confidently leading the store in the Manager’s absence.
  • Making balanced, flexible decisions and adapting well to change.
  • Coaching colleagues, giving feedback and role‑modeling great service.
  • Staying curious and seeking opportunities to serve our customers, communities, and planet a little better every day.

Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a team lead or management position in a fast‑paced retail environment.

  • Clear communicator, using a variety of methods to keep the team well informed.
