Responsibilities include ensuring our customers’ needs are exceeded at all times while working in various areas of the store. Tasks may involve filling shelves, serving on the tills, managing stock levels, or picking deliveries. Everything you do matters in ensuring our customers receive their orders quickly and efficiently.
We are looking for someone with a real can-do attitude who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and willing to go the extra mile. Responsibilities also include:
- Accurate picking and dispatch of goods using a hand-held terminal.
- Checking quality, shelf life, and ensuring robust packaging in preparation for delivery.
- Providing high standards of customer service by processing deliveries efficiently.
- Being polite when dealing with delivery staff and responding appropriately to queries and complaints.
- Meeting designated pick rates.
- Always being punctual and properly presented.
