Starting pay rates: £13.28 an hour, increasing to £14.55 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location. We offer new colleagues a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week, with flexibility for fewer hours (minimum 12).

- Help to serve shoppers better every day.
- Work across the store in service, picking and replenishment areas as required.
- Apply training for safe, effective service.
- Make decisions that are right for customers, delivering routines that meet their needs.
- Take part in seasonal, community and charity events, creating a great inclusive atmosphere.
- Understand store performance and contribute to service and sales, reduce waste and shrink, and deliver profit.
- Handle products with care to maintain quality.
- Be yourself, live our values, make everyone feel welcome and follow policies.
- Accept deliveries into the store when required.
- Deliver great service, greet customers with a smile, and serve them with pride.
- Build rapport with customers and create a great shopping trip experience.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Must be over 18 years old.
- Over 18 if the role requires working before 6:15 am or after 9:45 pm, or involving work in the warehouse, beer, wine, spirits, counters, bakery or driving roles.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Team‑working ability and openness to sharing.
- Ability to learn quickly and apply training.
