The predicted salary is between 27600 - 30200 £ per year.
Availability windows: Sun 15:00 - 23:00, Mon 15:00 - 23:00, Wed 15:00 - 23:00. Pay starts from £13.28 an hour, increases to £14.55 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may apply depending on location. We offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week, but you can work fewer hours with a minimum of 12.
Responsibilities
- Serve shoppers every day and meet great people.
- Provide service with passion and pride, giving great natural service.
- Be passionate and knowledgeable about the products and services in the store.
- Work across the store in service, picking, and replenishment areas where required.
- Apply training received to work safely, effectively, and serve customers brilliantly.
- Make decisions that are right for customers and deliver routines that meet their needs at the right time.
- Take part in seasonal, community, and charity events, creating a great inclusive atmosphere.
- Understand the store’s performance, drive service and sales, reduce waste and shrink, and deliver profit.
- Handle products with care to maintain quality and ensure they reach customers in the best condition.
- Live the values, make everyone feel welcome, and always follow the policies.
- Accept deliveries into the store when required.
