Tesco Customer Service Desk Colleague pay starts at £13.70 per hour, rising to £14.97 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available. Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks’ notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what we’re looking for, we still encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
- Providing friendly, natural service and getting to know your customers.
- Providing flexible support across the Customer Service Desk and wider store, including helping customers with queries, processing returns and exchanges, resolving issues, offering product guidance, and delivering a friendly, professional service that ensures customers leave feeling valued and supported.
- Making customer focused decisions and completing key store routines.
- Understanding how your role supports great service, strong sales, waste reduction and overall store performance.
- A passion for delivering great service, greeting every customer with a smile, and serving them with pride while helping them find the right mobile products and solutions.
- The ability to build rapport quickly so customers leave feeling confident, supported, and reassured, having had a great experience at the Customer Service Desk.
