Pay: Base hourly rate starts at £13.28, increasing to £14.55 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.
Flexibility: Minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week, available to work fewer hours down to a minimum of 12. Flexible scheduling with 3 weeks' notice.
Responsibilities:
- Serve shoppers better every day.
- Build rapport with customers, ensuring a great shopping experience.
- Work across the store in service, picking and replenishment areas as needed.
- Apply training to work safely, effectively and serve customers brilliantly.
- Make customer‑centric decisions, delivering routines that meet needs at the right time.

- Know store performance and contribute to service and sales, reducing waste, shrink and delivering profit.
