Whether it's a hearty breakfast to kickstart their day, or a quick pick‑up for those on their way, we're here to provide great service, no matter the order. That's where you, as a member of our Front of House team, come in. With your dedication to excellent service and your keen understanding of health and safety standards, you'll help make every day a little better. Whether you're dishing out food and drinks, keeping tables clean, or staying up‑to‑date with our menu and exciting initiatives, your dedication keeps our food fresh and our café inviting.

Overview of Responsibilities
  • Serving customers quickly, efficiently and with care.
  • Resolving customer complaints and relaying information to the Café Manager.
  • Maintaining food freshness by following first in, first out (FIFO) stock rotation.
  • Adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations while keeping daily records.
  • Accepting deliveries and handling the safe storage of food.
  • Being aware of (and following) all operational policies and procedures.
  • Clearing and sanitising tables so our café stays clean.
  • Making sure we maintain our standards and all food products are available.
  • Staying up‑to‑date with business communications and exciting new initiatives.
  • Knowing our café's menu inside out and making sure food is served the way it’s intended.
  • Preparing hot and cold drinks for customers.
