- Monday 18:00–21:30
- Wednesday 18:00–22:00

We schedule your contracted hours within these times and provide 3 weeks' notice of exact shift dates.
Pay: Colleague pay starts from £13.28 an hour, increasing to £14.55 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may apply depending on location.
Responsibilities:
- Help to serve shoppers better every day.
- Meet great people, learn new things and be part of a specialist, diverse team where everyone is welcome.
- Know your customers and serve them with passion and pride; give great natural service.
- Be passionate and knowledgeable about the products and services within the store.
- Work across the store in our service, picking and replenishment areas where required.
- Put into practice the training received, so we work safely, effectively and serve customers brilliantly.
- Make decisions that are right for customers, delivering routines that meet the needs of customers at the right time.
- Take part in seasonal, community and charity events, creating a great inclusive atmosphere.
- Be knowledgeable about your store’s performance, understand the part you play and what we need to do together to drive service and sales, reduce waste and shrink and deliver profit.
- Handle products with care to maintain quality and ensure they reach customers in the best condition.
- Be yourself, live our values, make everyone feel welcome and always follow policies.
- At times, accept deliveries into the store.

Working Age & Conditions:
Must be over 18 to apply. If the role requires working before 6:15 am or after 9:45 pm, or involves working in areas such as the warehouse, beer, wines and spirits, counters, bakery and driving roles, only candidates over 18 will be accepted.
