The predicted salary is between 24960 - 28000 £ per year.
Availability Window Days from time to time: Tue 14:00 – 18:00, Wed 14:00 – 23:00, Thu 14:00 – 23:00, Fri 14:00 – 23:00, Sat 14:00 – 23:00. We will schedule your contracted hours within these times and you’ll have 3 weeks’ notice of when your shifts will be. We support flexibility for our colleagues, so if the times you’re available are close but not exact, we’d still love to hear from you.
Compensation and Hours
Shift Leader rate starts from £14.76 an hour, increasing to £15.97 for stores inside the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location. We offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week; you can also work fewer hours to a minimum of 12.
Role Overview

As a Shift Leader you will be working in a fast‑paced retail environment where no day is the same.

- You will take ownership of activities by co‑ordinating a team to deliver.
- Through coaching and feedback you will constantly look for ways to improve service in your store.
- You will have a great understanding of how your team is performing and be the expert in delivering practical actions for its improvement.

Legal and Eligibility
