Responsibilities
- Fill shelves and serve on tills when required; help ensure stock levels are correct and assist with deliveries as needed.
- Accurately pick and dispatch goods using a handheld terminal; advise Manager of any differences.
- Check quality and shelf life; ensure packaging is robust in preparation for delivery.
- Provide a high standard of customer service by processing deliveries efficiently and to target.
- Be polite when dealing with delivery staff and refer any complex queries or complaints to an appropriate colleague.
- Maintain a can-do attitude and work to meet designated pick rates.
- Be punctual and properly presented at all times.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Strong customer service mindset with willingness to go the extra mile for customers.
- Ability to work across multiple areas of the store and manage varying tasks on a daily basis.
- Age 18+ where required by working hours or role (as per policy).
