Working pattern: Mon to Fri 15:00-21:30
Responsibilities
- Ensure customers’ needs are exceeded by performing various tasks, such as filling shelves, serving on the tills, managing stock, and picking deliveries.
- Accurately pick and dispatch goods using a handheld terminal, notifying the Manager of any discrepancies.
- Check quality, shelf life, and packaging integrity before delivery.
- Provide a high standard of customer service by processing deliveries efficiently and meeting target times.
- Maintain politeness when dealing with delivery staff and respond appropriately to queries and complaints, referring complex situations to a supervisor.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Positive, can-do attitude with a passion for excellent customer service and willingness to go the extra mile.
- Comfortable working to meet designated pick rates.
- Punctual, properly presented, and reliable.
- Over 18 years old. (Role may require working before 6:15 am or after 9:45 pm or in warehouse, beer, wine & spirit areas, or driving roles.)
