The predicted salary is between 12 - 15 £ per hour.
This is a Part Time Role. The working pattern is Sunday to Thursday 10:00 - 15:15. You will be picking orders for our retail and catering customers, including bulk food, ambient/chilled/frozen and high‑value items.
Responsibilities include:
- Accurate picking and dispatch of goods using a handheld terminal, and notifying the Manager of any discrepancies.
- Checking quality, shelf life, and ensuring packaging is robust for delivery.
- Providing a high standard of customer service by processing deliveries efficiently and to target.
- Remaining polite when dealing with delivery staff and responding appropriately to queries and complaints, referring complex situations to a supervisor.
- Working to meet designated pick rates.
