Pay
Our Tesco Colleague rate of pay starts from £13.28 an hour; this increases to £14.55 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.
Hours
We offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week, and can also accommodate 12-hour shifts if desired.
Responsibilities
- Help serve shoppers better every day.

- Build rapport with customers, making them leave the store having experienced a great shopping trip.

- Be on time, well presented and ready to be a brand ambassador.
- Handle products with care to maintain quality and ensure they reach customers in the best condition.

Legal Requirements
Tesco will only recruit individuals who have passed the school leaver's age. We can only accept candidates over the age of 18 if the role requires working before 6:15 am or after 9:45 pm or involves working in areas such as the warehouse, beer, wine and spirits, counters, bakery and driving roles.
