Pay & Hours Tesco Shift Lead pay starts at 15.59 per hour, rising to 16.86 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.
Requirements
- You must be 18 years or older.
- Experience working in a team lead or management position in a fast‑paced retail environment.

- Leading the team to deliver a great experience for customers in-store.
